Audio Adapter
How do i plug in the xbox 360 audio adapter cable?
i just got it from a friend who gave me it, and i was wondering how the hell to attach it..i know one end goes onto the xbox360 but what about the other side?? there’s the white and red plug things and a little black plug next to it.
The Audio adapter is for when you’re using the HDMI cable. The HDMI cable doesn’t transfer sound, so they bulit the audio adapter so you would be able to.
use a regular composite (yellow, white, and red) cables to connect the red and white cords to the adapter and TV, then connect the HDMI cable to the Xbox 360 and TV, and Viola! you got HD with sound!
The black plug is for an Optic audio cable, it allows for 5.1 Surround sound.
